The Roadrunner Cafe (RRC) is UTSA's largest dining facility and serves 3 meals a day to a majority of campus-based students. Meal plans for the RRC are offered to UTSA students and employees.

All purchased food items for the period of 8/21 to 9/21 served as the basis of this inventory. In the same time period, approximately 59,019 persons were served at the RRC.

The time period used is taken as representative of annual expenditure. Seasonal variation is not a factor in the provided inventory.
