University Personnel Development Committee Course Innovation (CI) Grant offers grants for development of new and/or innovative classes, teaching strategies, methods of classroom presentation, and the development and implementation of innovative assessment strategies for course curriculum improvement.

A brief description of the incentives that faculty members who participate in the program(s) receive:
The Course Innovation (CI) Grant provides a $1,500 summer stipend to eligible faculty or academic staff. This opportunity requires a minimum $150 match from the applicant’s academic department/unit and/or college.
Online Course Development Grant awards are $1,000 per credit developed, with a maximum of $4,000 per course. Course design workshops and resources are available.
