At Barnard Dining we believe in supporting local farms and choosing products that are certified sustainable and better for the environment. Sustainability is core to Barnard Dining's mission and to our customers. From the farm to the table, Barnard Dining has identified opportunities to serve healthy and sustainable meals that support small and mid-sized farms in the northeast.
