A brief description of the time period from which the figures reported above are drawn:

Expenditures are from FY 22 - July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022.

Barnard's central purchasing department was able to provide overall costs spent at our computer vendors Dell and Apple, but was unable to break down costs further by item. Barnard's IT department was able to provide a list of all new electronics as those purchased through central purchasing are sent to IT for tracking and program installation purposes, but not cost.

The list of products was sent to the Global Electronics Council and was found that 83.4% of all purchases were EPEAT registered. 83.3% were rated gold and 0.1% were silver. Numbers reported above are based on a spend ratio - 83.4% of total expenditure of electronics.
