GW has signed the Real Food Challenge Campus Commitment for 20% Real Food by 2020. The university will rely on the Real Food Calculator to track it campus dining food procurement for the next six years and possibly beyond. We are exploring incorporating the Calculator into curriculum to expand the impact and knowledge of the university student community.
