A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation:

All new employees are required to attend an on-boarding session. Sustainability is addressed as part of the on-boarding presentation which includes information relating to UMass Chan sustainability commitments, sustainable energy, campus recycling program, and sustainable transportation. Also, included is information where to get additional resources and how to get involved on campus through the Growing Green Sustainability Office.
