A brief description of the program:

Total full-time student population eligible for student Regional Transportation District (RTD) pass (College Pass): 8,970 (undergraduate, graduate, law, ELC)

Total population for Women’s College, University College, Iliff (currently eligible for subsidized monthly transit passes through Transportation Solutions): 1,792

Total part-time population or students ineligible for any transit pass program: 1,238

Total staff/faculty population eligible for Eco Pass: 2,234
Total staff/faculty population ineligible for Eco Pass: 3,930

Currently all full-time, fully-benefited faculty and staff are eligible for an annual all-access transit pass (Eco Pass). As of the beginning of October, approximately 1,813 employees have picked up their passes. This is roughly 81% of the eligible population.

All full-time undergraduate and law students, and full-time graduate students in participating programs are eligible for academic year all-access transit passes through RTD (College Pass). As of the beginning of October 5,139 students have picked up their 2010-2011 passes. This represents approximately 57% of the eligible population.
Additionally, students in the Women’s College and Iliff are eligible to purchase subsidized monthly RTD passes through Transportation Solutions at 75% of face value (25% subsidy). We are currently working with University College to expand this program to their students as well.
Unfortunately, there are currently no options for passes for other ineligible populations at this time.
