CSUSM has General Education learning outcomes that all students need to have completed. Two of the nine learning outcomes are sustainability supportive:
1. Describe and/or apply principles and methods that are necessary to understand the physical and natural world.
2. Compare and contrast relationships within and between human cultures.

This is a for the past 3 graduating year (2021, 2022, 2023). Numbers come from our Institutional Planning and Analysis department. We identified the following degree programs using webpage analysis of courses required to graduate. We only have one program with Sustainability-focused learning outcomes- that is the Environmental Studies major, all the rest of degrees are counted for sustainability - focused courses that are required. Therefore, we used our AC-1 Courses and reviewed all the courses that have a sustainability-focused course requirement for graduation.
