A brief description of how the literacy assessment was developed and/or when it was adopted:

The Spring 2023 Student Sustainability Survey was developed the Capital Planning, Design & Sustainability office as an update to the survey developed and conducted by the Council for Sustainable Futures (CSF) in Fall 2018. The survey had a dual goal of understanding what Stan State students know about sustainability and what sort of programming they wish to see on campus in the future. The survey was distributed via email to assess the values, behaviors, and awareness of students of campus sustainability initiatives. Twelve of the 36 questions focused on student knowledge of sustainability topics and challenges.
