Does the institution meter all energy consumption (electricity, natural gas, purchased steam, etc.) for at least one building?:
A brief description of the metering system:
The Cedarwood residence hall has electricity and natural gas submetered and data is logged in a building dashboard.
All buildings on campus have energy consumption monitored on at least a monthly basis. The electricity is carefully monitored through the energy management system, where as most of the natural gas is not datalogged and must be monitored through billing and manual-input consumption spreadsheets.
