Does the institution have an ongoing program that offers incentives for academic staff in multiple disciplines or departments to develop new sustainability courses and/or incorporate sustainability into existing courses? :
Yes

A brief description of the incentive program(s):

Programs include faculty development on sustainability workshops, and faculty discussions after events on campus and having the option to do professional development in sustainability (attend conferences, etc.).

In addition there are incentives of reduced teaching load/enhanced collaboration if courses are team taught. Courses that include sustainability topics or focuses can apply to be included as a Gen Ed course.

A brief description of the incentives that academic staff who participate in the program(s) receive:

Seminars have offered food. If courses are team taught the course counts as a course for each member. Recognition to larger community is also possible.
