A list of new construction and major renovation projects that indicates the green building code, policy/guideline, or rating system that applies to each building:

The College has yet to pursue a green building certification, but incorporates these principles into each construction/renovation project on campus and continues to implement energy conservation measures in existing spaces. New construction projects are also required to meet City of Beverly stretch codes and updated building and energy codes that address green building guidelines and polices without standards in place. These principles were followed in the new Wax Academic Center and Hempstead Commons buildings, as well as during the renovations of the Van Loan School of Graduate Studies to the Myrt Harper Rose residence hall, and the Interfaith Chapel into the Center for Belonging and Inclusion.
