The College's Strategic Forum - a group of approximately 60 managers, directors, deans, and executives that meets monthly - reviews the results to determine major implications from the survey findings. Those implications are an input to the internal assessment conducted each year by the Executive Cabinet members as part of the College's annual strategic planning process.
