This is not applicable as the Designated Suppliers Program is not a current program (as the Anti-Trust Division of the US Department of Justice did not issue a Business Review Letter, in order to provide anti-trust clearance – refer to WRC memo dated 01/22/2007 found at: http://www.workersrights.org/dsp/012208_DSP_update.html).
