A brief description of the food bank, pantry, or equivalent resource:
AS Gator Groceries is a direct response to the need among the SFSU student population for more resources to fight food insecurity – the lack of access to nutritious food. SFSU works with SF-Marin Food Bank to provide students with free and nutritious food weekly. All students can pick up a full box of non perishables once a week and there is also a walk-in fridge full of perishable food available to students.
