TAFE Queensland's certified agreement is attached and shows the pay rate scales of employees - administration, professional, operational and technical. The lowest paid employee at Robina Campus is operational level 2. Educators are covered under a different agreement.

The General Manager is not covered under this agreement as GMs are under a private contract arrangement with GM salary varying based on the TQ region.

The confidential contract between TAFE Queensland and the General Manager cannot be shared however the package is equivalent to $250,000pa. The lowest-paid worker is at a 1:4 ratio to the GM. Public service award TAFE Qld - The lowest award rate for any employer is the Operational Stream Level 2, Tier 1 @ $2056pf which equates to approximately $4200pm.
