UMass Medical School's central sustainability website highlights sustainable aspects of the organization ranging from building properties to campus recycling to transportation. The website is designed to engage faculty, students, and staff to learn more about what the University is doing for sustainability and how they can participate in making the organization more sustainable.

The University publishes a bimonthly sustainability e-newsletter sent out to everyone with an @umassmed.edu email address. The newsletter highlights new sustainability projects, accomplishments, and events. The newsletter also provides helpful resources to faculty, staff, and students to help them reduce their environmental impact. The newsletter further engages members of the UMMS community to get involved with sustainability in the organization by tracking progress towards our sustainability goals.

Information on sustainable food options is including as part of Sodexo's mindful program. The marketing for this program is updated throughout the year. Additionally, NexDine the current dining services vendor, promotes their collaboration with the Worcester FoodHUB clearly identifying what food was sourced locally through this collaboration.

The Growing Green website has a section on transportation which provides employees with information on the alternative transportation services available. These services include MBTA Bus line, the MassRides Program, and Baystate Commute ride matching service. Additional information is available through the UMass Medical School Parking web page.
