HR Communications Learning and Development follows up with all new hires and their managers to assess employee satisfaction. The survey covers:
1. Employees' willingness and ability to contribute to company's success
2. Staff commitment and sense of belonging to the organization
3. Employees' commitment to the organization and motivation to contribute to the organization's success
4. Employees' exertion of "discretionary effort" going beyond meeting the minimum standards for the job
5. Creating the sense that individuals are part of a greater entity

The information obtained from the Satisfaction Survey is reviewed by HR Leadership and the results and recommendations are brought up to the Executive Leadership level for approval
