The Environmental Safety & Health Manager maintains annual OSHA 300/A logs/summaries of the number of cases, days, injury and illness types each year. See attachment for 2021's log.

There is a discrepancy between the total number of employees reported on the OSHA log in 2021 (919) and the FTE of employees provided by Evergreen's Office of Institutional Research and Assessment (500), but we are unable to confirm employment status of those counted by the Environmental Safety & Health Manager.
