A brief description of the practice:
The Experiential Learning Transcript (ELT), is an official university record maintained by the Division of Student Affairs and managed by the Institutes for Values, Community and Leadership. The ELT validates the student’s leadership experiences in the context of specific leadership learning outcomes associated with on-campus and off- campus engagement in co-curricular activities.
