Has the institution implemented a campus-wide inventory system to facilitate the reuse of laboratory chemicals?:
Yes

A brief description of the program:

Currently all chemicals are inventoried annually by each department, and there is an MS access database of all chemicals that are submitted and update it every year or when a new departmental inventory is submitted. Chemistry also maintains a chemical database of their inventory on ChemSW. Chemicals can be reused, but it is suggested that they're not reused after 3-5 years of being in storage.
