Western has an automated system that actively monitors for indoor air quality including temperature, humidity, and CO. Additionally, occupants can register complaints emailing concerns to a dedicated email address (comfortconcerns@westertc.edu) monitored by several facilities staff members. Documented concerns are verified via the automated system and dealt with promptly by facilities staff.

Additionally, the use of all tobacco products, including but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, smokeless tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and vaping devices is prohibited on all property (indoor and outdoor spaces) owned by Western.
