Data source(s) and notes about the submission:

We have not conducted an assessment to identify endangered or vulnerable species. However, Bow Valley College is home to several Canadian geese nests and refuge sites each year. These geese take refuge and often make nests on our fourth floor green roof space, which spans the entire circumference of the building. Great care is taken to not disturb these animals, and we take it as a source of pride that our building can provide shelter to these geese in the heart of downtown Calgary.
