For underrepresented groups within the student body, Bellevue College has the following programs available: Multi-cultural services, Student Services, Black Student Union, El Centro Latino, and the LGBTQ Resource Center.

Bellevue College has a Diversity Caucus and a Black Employees Group available for underrepresented groups within faculty.

The Diversity Caucus and Black Employees Group are open to participation from underrepresented groups within staff as well.
