A brief description of the methodology used to determine the total number of courses offered and to identify sustainability course offerings, including the definitions used and the process for reviewing and/or validating the course inventory :

The total number of courses offered was established via access to FIE's internal list of approved course syllabi. (http://www.fie.org.uk/london-courses).

FIE has 2 courses where the primary or explicit focus is on sustainability.

To establish the number of courses offered that include sustainability, FIE's Charting the Course document was referred to. This document is the result of a project whereby FIE faculty members teaching on each course were asked to consider and map how their course addresses each of FIE's four articulated values, giving a description. This document is updated by the Academic Team when new courses are added, and is revisited and reviewed periodically.

How were courses with multiple offerings or sections counted for the figures reported above?:
Each course was counted as a single course regardless of the number of offerings or sections
