Campus Sustainability Plan: Requires that all requests for vehicles must prioritize efficiency & low emissions and include alternatively powered vehicle in bid process. Enterprise Car Share: The Committee of Environmental Responsibility subsidizes student usage of Enterprise Car Share on campus in order to promote more Eco-friendly forms of transportation. Public Transportation (SEPTA): Students can sign up for free rides on SEPTA. Philadelphia's Public Transportation System: A high speed line, regional rail and several bus routes service the Haverford College community.

A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:

Annually the college submits Air Information Management System data to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection . This includes an emissions inventory report for all stationary sources. This is put together with the help of a professional engineer who is regulary engaged in this type of work.
