A brief description of the methodology used to track and calculate the number of recordable incidents of work-related injury or ill health :

When an accident occurs, the worker must fill out the form for the declaration and analysis of an accident or a risk situation. This form is available on the CHSST Committee’s intranet page. It is then transmitted to all the parties involved (manager, Health and Safety Committee, union, etc.) This event is indicated in the incident and first aid register and Université TÉLUQ can keep track of the number of incidents.
